DESCRIPTIONS:
Silicone waterproofing coating is a water-based environment-friendly waterproof coating made of silicone rubber emulsion and its nanocomposite emulsion as the main base material, incorporating inorganic fillers and various additives. The product is a water-based one-component waterproof material, and the formed waterproof layer has strong anti-cracking and anti-seepage ability, good waterproof effect and strong service life. It is specially used for the surface layer and the base layer of the water-repellent engineering waterproof layer to enhance the waterproof impermeability and anti-aging properties. The coating is non-toxic, odorless, acid-proof, alkali-resistant, oil-resistant, and easy to construct. It is an environmentally friendly polymer waterproof material.
USED SCOPE:
This product can be used for waterproof and damp base treatment in combination with other waterproof materials. It can also be used as a waterproof layer alone. It is waterproof and waterproof for all kinds of buildings, and the underground building is moisture-proof and waterproof. Anti-seepage of kitchen and bathroom, anti-leakage of pool and swimming pool, waterproof and anti-corrosion of underground pipeline, and long-term coating protection of color steel tile. It can replace the SBS coil and polyurethane waterproof material, and can be used for waterproofing of roof waterproofing, toilet, basement, swimming pool, pipeline, slope top and special structure of sports venue. Can be painted with the shape, no omissions.

The consumption for your reference
1.If brush 1.0mm thickness , it will use 1.5kg/sqm--1.8kg/sqm
2.If brush 1.5mm thickness , it will use 2.0kg per square meter
3.If brush 2.0mm thickness , it will use 3kg/sqm .
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS:
According to the standard of 5.1 in GB50207-94 [Technical Specifications for Roofing Engineering].
Base treatment
The base layer must be flat, firm, clean, and free of water, and the yin and yang angles should be rounded. The old layer should be cleaned of the original rupture, the waterproof layer of the drum and the dust. The low concave and damaged parts should be leveled and the osmosis should be sealed first. The base should be leveled and there should be no clear water. Special parts such as water gaps and joints should be treated with flexible sealing. The painting procedure is generally yin and yang, then vertical, and finally large area construction.
Primer construction
The water and the coating are mixed in a ratio of 1:3 by weight, and then uniformly stirred, and the primer is used to improve the permeability of the coating to the base layer and enhance the adhesion.
Paint
The construction method can be rolled, scraped or brushed. It is better to use a thin layer multi-coating method. The brushing should not be too thick. It is generally divided into 3-4 paintings, and the total thickness is 1.0-1.5mm. After the coating is dried, the coating and the weak link should be coated with the carcass reinforcement. The dosage is about 1.5kg-2.5kg/m2.
Construction Program
1) Generally, the roller coating method is used for construction. The paint is evenly mixed before use, and water seepage is prohibited. The construction temperature should be above 4 °C.
2) The direction of the brushing and the length of the stroke should be the same. It should be applied evenly on the top, bottom, left and right, and the brush should not be leaked.
3) Each process can be carried out after the coating is cured and dried.
4) The laying direction of the cloth and the width of the pressing edge are carried out according to the requirements of international standards, and the cloth is laid flat and beautiful. No wrinkles and drumming are required.
5) For the water outlet, pipe roots, etc., a layer of carcass cloth should be laid to increase the waterproof strength.
6) For the waterproof layer that is often stepped on and touched, a 1:25 cement mortar protective layer with a thickness of about 2 mm or more should be applied and compacted and smeared to ensure that the mortar and the waterproof material are firmly bonded.
7) For the waterproofing of the wall facade, immediately flush the shale after the last coating thickness, and then dry the smear, then apply the cement mortar protective layer on it.
Precautions
Before the construction, the paint should be fully stirred evenly. The bottom paint should not be added with water to ensure the quality. Adding a carcass reinforcement should generally be applied to the second coat. It is strictly forbidden to work under freezing temperature below 4 °C or in rainy and snowy days. Before the application is done, no other construction work on the coating shall be allowed to avoid damage to the waterproof layer and affect the waterproof effect.
