Construction method:
1. Cold sticking method,
The construction method of pasting the pasting material on the base course by cold work is called cold adhesion method.
According to different waterproof design requirements, cold bonding can be divided into full bonding or local bonding.
(1) the method of full adhesion is the construction method of binding all PVC coils to the base.

2) the vertical lap width of the coil is 50mm, and appropriate cutting. It is transversely treated by butt joint, with no composite layer (class N) 200 ~ 250mm wide. PVC coiling lap welding.
3) fold half of the long edge of one or more sheets (about 10m), apply special adhesive to the base layer and the surface of the sheets respectively from the folding place. When the adhesive is dry to non-adhesive, close and paste the pre-laid sheet surface, and then use the pressure roller for compaction. Then fold the other unfolded part, continue from the fold as described above, and so on paste firm compaction. At last, the seam welding is carried out.
(2) partially paste the film. When the PVC coil material is laid, the coil material and the base material are pasted on the base by dot or strip sticking.
Spot sticking: the adhesive of the coil material to the base. Bond no less than 5 points per square meter with an area of 100mm x 100mm.
Strip adhesion: strip adhesion between the sheet and the base. Each sheet shall be no less than two binding surfaces and each sheet shall be no less than 150mm in width.
2. empty laying method

(2) according to the fixed spacing designed and calculated, drill holes with percussion drill first, and the aperture is slightly smaller than the external diameter of the fixed screw. After placing the fixator in place, reinforce and tighten it with an electric screwdriver. For each lap joint, the butt joint is applied horizontally, and the lap joint is covered by 200 ~ 2500mm wide (class N) reels.
The welding process of PVC membrane
The longitudinal lap width between PVC coils is 50mm and the transverse width is lOOmm. When the welding process is adopted, the welding nozzle is 45 to the welding direction. Angle, press roller and welding nozzle parallel and maintain about 5mm distance, rolling should not be too fast.
Use small welding nozzles with the width of 20mm welding nozzles, generally two, the welding temperature is controlled in level 6, and the effective width of each welding is 15mm ~ 20mm.
It is better to use a big welding nozzle with a width of 40mm, the welding temperature is controlled in the 7th gear, and the effective width of welding is 25mm.
Welding requirements: it should be pre-welding before welding, width should not be too wide, so that hot air will not overflow during welding and affect welding quality. The welding edge should overflow, but there should be no burning phenomenon.
