Application process
A: Metal roof lap joint: The metal roof lap joint is first coated with a base coat. When it is still wet, 15-20 cm wide non-woven polyester cloth is embedded in it, and then fully wetted with the base paint from above. Non-woven polyester cloth, even dry.
B metal roof protrusions (such as chimneys, vents, fan ports, etc.): cut non-woven polyester fabric of appropriate size and shape, and cut according to technical requirements, apply a layer of base paint around the protrusions, and cut it well. The non-woven polyester cloth is spread on it, and the non-woven polyester cloth is fully impregnated with the base paint from above to ensure no blistering and no wrinkles.
C metal roofing firmware: treated with 10CMX10CM non-woven polyester cloth in the same manner as above.
D metal roof gutter: Gutter lap joints, water outlets, etc. are first partially waterproofed with a metal roofing waterproofing system, then a layer of paint is applied over a larger waterproof area, and non-woven polyester is applied while it is still wet. The cloth is further wetted with the non-woven polyester cloth from the above, so that it is completely dry. After at least 12 hours, a layer of waterproof paste is finally applied.
E Apply two layers of surface coating in the area where the waterproof treatment is applied. The total coating coverage of the surface coating is 35 square meters / 20 liters (can be applied at one time, but it is recommended to apply the coating twice to keep the total coating rate unchanged) .
The coating rate of the single layer of F base coating is 40 square meters / 20 liters, and The utilization rate of the non-woven polyester cloth is 90%.

Identify areas that need to be waterproof:
Metal roofing generally requires waterproofing in the following areas: horizontal lap joint, vertical lap joint, fan joint, protruding roof duct, air conditioning duct, lighting board around, ridge, gutter, metal plate and daughter wall junction, screw firmware, etc. Metal roof waterproofing weak link.
