Polyurea waterproofing Coating is a kind of solvent free, pollution-free and high-reaction protective coating which is developed by introducing advanced foreign technology and combining with the construction process requirements of key domestic projects.

This product is A kind of A, B two components, solvent free, fast curing green environmental protection elastic waterproof material, according to the film reaction group is divided into high elastic spraying (pure) polyurea waterproof coating (JNC) and high elastic spraying polyurethane (urea)(commonly known as semi-polyurea) elastic waterproof coating (JNJ), according to the physical properties are divided into type 1 and type 2 . Components A and B are mixed and sprayed in the spray gun of the special spraying equipment, and the elastomer waterproof film is formed by rapid reaction curing.

The A component of high elastic spray (pure) polyurea waterproof coating is a semi-prepolymer prepared by the reaction of hydroxyl terminal compound and isocyanate. Component B is a mixture of amino-terminal resin and amino-terminal chain extender. It must not contain any hydroxyl component or catalyst, but is allowed to contain a small amount of pigment and dispersible additives. High elastic spray polyurethane (urea)(commonly known as semi-polyurea) elastic waterproof coating A component is made of hydroxyl compound and isocyanate reaction semi-prepolymer; Component B is a mixture of hydroxyl-terminal resin or amino-terminal resin and amino-terminal chain extender. It may contain a catalyst to improve the reactivity, and may contain a small amount of pigment and dispersible additives.

A material is viscous liquid; Material B is a slightly yellow transparent liquid. The non-flow time of machine spraying (material temperature 55ºC~65ºC volume ratio 1:1) is 15±2s.

The A and B components of pure polyurea react chemically as soon as they are mixed, which has its advantages in specific occasions, while the A and B components of semi-polyurea are easily affected by moisture, which will affect the chemical performance. so the temperature and humidity stability of pure polyurea is a little better in places with high humidity. But the disadvantage of pure polyurea is that it has fewer raw materials to choose from. So we want to do very high hardness or very low hardness or some specific performance materials, pure polyurea it can not do. So it is more important to choose what kind of material for what occasion than to use pure polyurea or not.

This product needs to be sprayed by special professional construction machinery when forming film. Its excellent physical and chemical performance index, convenient construction technology, integrity of waterproof and anti-corrosion system, and environmental protection are beyond the reach of any other traditional protective materials and technologies. It IS WIDELY USED IN urban subway, high-speed railway, tunnel bridge, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical, Marine chemical industry, military and civilian dual-use projects of waterproof, corrosion, wear resistance "two prevention and one resistance" engineering.

Storage:
at 25°C for six months. Thereafter it should be checked before use. Used
residues are sealed with nitrogen.
Store at a temperature of 16°C to 45°C in a dry, shaded place, away from
heat and fire.
