Product Introduction
 Elastic King belongs to the reactive curing polymer waterproof of coating, which is mainly made of isocyanates and other raw materials, combined with various auxiliary special polymerization processes such as curing agents and plasticizers. When used, it is coated on the waterproof base layer and chemically reacts with the moisture in the air through the - NCO end group in the
polyurethane prepolymer to form a tough, soft, and seamless elastic waterproof coating on the base layer.

Base preparation
The base surface should be kept dry, free of dust and water, and cleaned thoroughly. If the gap is large, it needs to be filled first before construction.

Construction technology
1. The base surface should be clean, sturdy, free of open water, and have crack defects that should be repaired and sealed first. The pipe fittings connected to the base layer should be
repaired and sealed first
Sanitary facilities and floor drains must be firm and not allowed to loosen;
2. Use a rubber scraper to evenly apply the coating on the base surface, without any missed brushing, bulging, layering, or other phenomena;
3. The dry curing time of the coating is about 12 hours at room temperature, and the interval between each application is based on the non stick film, which needs to be scraped 2-3 times;
4.The anti-corrosion construction of the metal substrate requires rust removal and treatment before coating construction;

1. During construction, it is generally required to apply 2-3 coats. After the first layer of coating has cured for 12-24 hours, a second coat should be applied in a direction perpendicular to the first step of coating. To increase the adhesion between the waterproof coating and the rigid protective layer, when the coating is dry, clean sand particles can be sparsely sprinkled on its surface to enhance its roughness.

Matters needing attention
1. It is recommended to use the paint all at once after opening, and any unused materials should be completely sealed; When the storage period of the coating is relatively long,
a thin layer of adhesive will form on the surface of the coating, which can be removed during use without affecting the coating effect;

1. The construction temperature should be above 5 ºC, and the construction environment should maintain air circulation during construction; It is strictly prohibited to walk or stack hard and sharp objects on the waterproof layer before the coating construction is dry and solidified, to prevent damage to the waterproof layer.
